Marked prior role means the work was done by a founder inside another organisation, before Slept On existed. It is real and it is ours, and it is not a studio mandate. We mark it because you are hiring the two people who did that part of it. The experience transfers; the mandate itself belonged to someone else, and we will not claim it as our own.
The shift
Your growth is stalling in a dual blind spot.
Most companies scale digital performance by optimising only the systems they can see. In reality, your revenue is leaking from two hidden places that standard dashboards cannot report on: a broken tracking signal, and a website layout that fights against human nature.
Here is exactly where your traction is leaking.
The Signal Gap
Privacy updates and browser blocks quietly wipe out your user data. Per WebKit's own Intelligent Tracking Prevention documentation, Safari deletes first-party tracking data after seven days of the visitor not returning, and caps it at just twenty-four hours the moment that visitor arrived through a link carrying an ad-platform tracking tag, which describes most of your paid traffic.
Because your dashboards try to fill this hole with platform guesswork, the conversions they call modelled, your team is making multi-thousand-dollar scaling decisions on a signal that has been decaying since 2020. You are optimising against platform assumptions, not real customer behaviour.
The Decision Gap
Standard web design assumes your visitors rationally weigh every option before buying. In reality, human brains have a strict limit on mental energy. When a page throws too many choices, unguided steps and competing claims at a user, it causes cognitive overload and decision fatigue.
Instead of choosing carefully, the overwhelmed buyer takes the easiest path: they close the tab. You are losing customers before they even make a decision.
The System Gap
Standard agencies treat tracking, page design and paid ads as three separate departments that rarely talk to each other. Creative teams build pages on gut feeling, while media buyers optimise ads against broken tracking data.
The actual human decision-making process, the single thing your ads and your design are supposed to influence, gets completely lost in the handoff.
We read the decision before we build the system. A broken tracking signal cannot be optimised. A web journey built on guesswork cannot be scaled. We fix both, in that order.
The only figures in this section are the two caps documented by WebKit. We publish no client result we are not authorised to publish, so this section describes the market and not our mandates.

Not a service beside the others, a way of running them. Deployed only to accelerate a decision or automate a high-friction task, with operational boundaries written before it goes live.
The method
Seven commitments, three movements.
Everything below is checkable by you, at the time it happens.
Study the decision
A two-pass read of your real funnel: structure first, measurement data second. We never inherit broken tracking as ground truth.
Locate the friction
Every drop-off traced to one named cause: a mechanism with the citation attached, or a technical break. Never a list.
Expose the myth
Every mechanism is checked against primary research before it enters your strategy. Findings that do not replicate reliably are flagged, not presented as settled fact.
Prescribe one change
One change tied directly to the friction we just located, with the expected effect size written down before anything ships.
Test against baseline
Measured against the baseline we recorded, within a window agreed in advance, governed by a cut rule written before launch.
Operate the system
Campaign, page, measurement and offer run as one system, reviewed monthly, with a decision log you keep.
Non-stop optimization
Behavioral systems are never truly finished. Consumer habits shift and ad algorithms adjust. Once a baseline is beaten, that winning layout becomes our new control variable. We map the next cognitive friction point and cycle back through the diagnostic loop.
The two readers
Two people. That is the whole studio.
No account layer, no junior tier, no one to hand your file to. The two names below read every application and run every mandate personally, which is also why capacity is capped.

The budget is serious
Ad platforms are more accessible than they used to be. If the budget is modest and you have a few hours a week, a course and some discipline will take you further than our fees will.
There is demand, or the budget to create it
We optimise real decisions, so we need a real signal: an active funnel already running, or the budget to produce enough visitor traffic to test accurately. A funded startup fits the second case. What does not work is a dead system with zero traffic.
Someone decides and grants access
We implement the changes ourselves, that is our job. What we cannot do in your place is approve a major brand, pricing or product pivot. We also need access to your ad accounts, tracking dashboards and digital storefront. That takes one named internal decision-maker with real authority, who answers within the week.
Not there yet? Write anyway. We will tell you the first thing we would fix, or point you toward someone who can help you right now.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Because we are not authorised to publish one yet. Our doctrine is that a conversion metric arrives with the client or the sector, the measurement window, the historical baseline and the attribution model, or it does not arrive at all. Until a client signs off on all four, the honest thing is to show you the market analysis and the method instead, and let you judge those.
A diagnostic. A fixed-scope read of where the decision breaks. You get a technical measurement plan, a psychological friction map and custom cut rules. You can then execute that roadmap with your own internal team or have us handle it. The build is not included and is quoted separately once we see what the diagnostic uncovers.
Yes. It is total monthly investment, fees and media combined. The media portion goes directly to platforms like Meta and Google, not to us. We do not mark up ad spend and we take no percentage of it, which is also why we have no incentive to recommend spending more than you need to.
Because both founders work on every mandate, and each one starts with an audit we build ourselves, not outsourced, not templated. There is a hard ceiling on how many we can carry at that depth. That is not a scarcity tactic, it is just what two people doing the work personally can actually hold. If we are at capacity, we will say so, and tell you when the next slot opens.
Guarantee a specific revenue outcome. Race to the cheapest bid. Guess at creative assets based on gut feelings. Take on a mandate where the real constraint is something we cannot actually fix. On the last one: if your roadblock is outside our control, we say so before you pay us, and tell you what to look for instead.

Six questions: the decision that is stalling, where you are losing the most traffic, your monthly volume, your budget range, your role, and who we would be following up with. Fifteen minutes of your time. Both founders read every application personally and answer within three business days, either way, with the reason attached.
